Reckitt Benckiser, RB, the company that makes Vanish, Airwick, Finish, Veet and many leading brands… whatever you’d like to call us, we’re one of the world’s fastest-growing companies in household, health and personal care products. We want to give you a window into our world and see what ‘opportunity’ means to us. We’re one of those places where no two days are the same, where you’re expected to put your money where your mouth is, challenge the status quo, and do it fast. Whatever ‘it’ is. Our bloggers will be sharing with you their thoughts and experiences to give you a real understanding of the breadth of global opportunity here and the diversity of RB, Many will be people who are on graduate or management trainee programmes and some will be well established in their careers here.

"A lunch with the CEO, really!?!" That's what I thought when 6 months after joining the RB I had the opportunity to live a experience like the one you are explaining.
That time Bart Becht had lunch with all participants into the Graduate Program in Spain and like what you say, it was very motivating. We shared our experiences, asked him questions, got advice, all in a relaxed environment.

Top management having lunch with the base of the organisation - absolutely great, and absolutely impossible to happen in other companies out of RB.
