But for those who ‘fit’ they really love it here.
Here are 6 things you need to be to thrive at RB:

At RB, our teams are motivated not just by seeing great results but by knowing they were behind them. It’s that passion to push yourself, to take the initiative and drive your career forward.

As individuals we like to win and to be high achievers. We want to make our mark and are always ready for the next opportunity. But we drive success by pulling together; through team spirit. Of course, that’s not to say we’re not competitive, we are, just not with each other. That’s one of the reasons we’ve come so far so fast.
