Yesterday I had a special moment in the company … I was asked to introduce a new trainee to RB.
This is the third time that I have done this. All of them have the same doubts - the same doubts I had 2½ years ago.

The main questions are: “What is expected from me?”, “What is the decision making process like?”, “What is the work environment here like?”

So it is worth answering those questions because we can identify different profiles with similar energy, speed, dynamism working to bring profit and SOM.
It all boils down to: Working hard and ethically and coming up with profitable ideas.

So, it’s time to say goodbye. This is my last post here.

Last week we assembled all of our sales force. The target was to analyze the YTD results, clarify the main strategies and launch the new products.

We launched 13 new products. It´s a lot! For a short period.

Air Wick new fragrances were one of the main launches with Harpic Power Plus.
Vanish brought a consumer promotion that will be very significant to the brand building block NR. What`s more, the pest season control is starting now and we prepared a very strategic and strong plan to achieve the leadership (we are getting closer … just 0.3% behind our main competitor).

I´ve just returned from 4 days in Monaco accompanying our TOP customers who were awarded F1 Event Tickets because of their sales result….this is a good part of sales functions.

Brazil´s Sales Team

At the moment we are preparing the Pest Season. This period in Brazil is very challenging because Pest is the most competitive category to us, as we have the biggest market in Pest Control across the continents.

The main brand in Pest Control is SBP, a local hero, that has a crucial role in our business. What about local hero brands in your countries…What do they account for in the business?
