Career: My career with RB started over 2 and a half years ago and I’ll never forget the excitement and uncertainty of that first day on the job. Little did I know that unwieldy white wagon that picked me up that morning would become my home for the next 8 months as I learnt the true meaning of ‘car salesman’ – an autonomic life of selling product, building displays, restoring order to neglected shelves and navigating the unforgiving back streets of Sydney.
Little did I imagine how fast the next 30 odd months would unfold – including 10 more months in sales as an analyst delivering data and insight intensive sales support, a year in marketing learning how to make the impossible possible, and all of the countless thought-provoking, mentally-challenging, socially-rich, sometimes hysteria-inducing but always rewarding moments in between…
