Career: I´ve started working at Reckitt Benckiser last year (in July 2008). I´ve entered the company through the junior manager trainee program, which included working in marketing and sales. I had already worked at marketing in other companies, as an intern and brand assistant, but I was looking for other challenges. During the first 6 months I’ve worked in marketing, leading Finish, Vanish and Woolite projects. Finish is still a small brand in Brazil, so it was a fantastic experience thinking of strategies and partnerships to develop the ADW (Auto Dishwash) market here.
In the beginning of 2009 I’ve been part of Indirect Channel and Medium Retail team, and I was responsible for two important projects: Golden Stores, which are the most representative stores in distributors ( there are 1200 stores from 5 to 9 check outs all around the country), and Order to Deliver Process, working specially with Partial Devolutions.
I’ve chosen RB due to its competitive dynamics and rewarding environment. The possibility of living abroad made me set some objectives and I am working hard to achieve them. Here I don’t have a day-by-day routine, everyday I have to go through new challenges, and at the end, this makes the difference for me.
