Nicole – Marketing

Marketing/Sales Trainee

Name: Nicole
Nationality: Brazilian
Where I work for RB: Brazil – Marketing
Career: I graduated in Economy in December 2008. In the beginning of my third year at the University I joined the Junior Company and after that I worked for Whirlpool in the sales department, first as an Intern and than as Analyst, attending the client Ponto Frio (the second biggest).

However, I knew that even if I had a profound knowledge in sales and trade marketing, it wouldn’t be enough to take me where I plan to be in 4 or 5 years, I needed to be better, to learn more about other areas of the business, specially Marketing, so that I would be able to develop a greater global view, a differential.

That’s when I decided to join RB Trainee team. I knew that it was not just a company; it was not just a job; that I would have to work hard, and set myself to make it happen. First, I started in Sales, where I was responsible for a project 3 main projects: the Pharma GTM for Dettol and Gaviscon, the Presence Stores in the indirect channel and the implementation of a tool, to measure our clients sell out and stock, called Genexis.

After that I went to Marketing, where I am working now and am responsible for the Gaviscon launch and the future plan for other OTC brands.
