A window into life as a graduate in RB Turkey

I have been working for Reckitt Benckiser for four years now, yet I still remember my first day in the office as if it was yesterday. Within these four years, I have held several responsibilities in Sales and Marketing departments ranging from Sales Representative to Assistant Brand Manager and to date as a Brand Manager. It goes without saying that Reckitt Benckiser is full of opportunities for everyone who is dedicated to giving their best at all times. If you have a career path in your mind or a position to want to reach or a list of countries you want to work in; nothing is impossible for you in Reckitt Benckiser.

When I first attended interviews for the Graduate Recruitment Program, I clearly told my managers that I would like to pursue a career in Marketing; still I believed that starting my career in Sales would be a great advantage since having the notion of Sales and understanding its difficulties and challenges enables me to think broader.

Career: I have been working for Reckitt Benckiser for 4 years in various roles in Sales and Marketing Department. My first assignment was Sales Representative in Carrefour Group, then I was transferred to Marketing department as Assistant Brand Manager Calgon, and then moved to Vanish as an ABM. After completing my military service, I restarted Reckitt Benckiser as Assistant Brand Manager Finish and lastly I got promoted to Brand Manager Finish Additives as of January 2010.
