All work, no play makes Jack a dull boy!

Working at RB, you will always come across several occasions where the work demands much more than the regular 9-5 day. We work hard and RB is no cakewalk. Mansi – Supply

Supply

Name: Mansi Kamdar
Nationality: India
Where I work for RB: USA-Supply
Career: I graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) with a Masters in Industrial Engineering. Since it ranks as the number 1 school, the coursework and projects helped me develop a keen interest in Supply Chain and the consumer goods industry.
I joined Reckitt Benckiser in February 2010 to start my working career as a fresh graduate. It is my first job. I chose RB because it claimed a positive net profit (in spite of the recession). I was personally familiar with the Powerbrands. Also, I enjoyed several challenging interview rounds and the detailed interview process.
I joined as a Supply Planner in the materials department at Belle Mead, New Jersey. It is one of the biggest manufacturing plants in USA. We produce the liquids and aerosols for various categories like Lysol, Airwick, and Resolve. I instantly loved the diversity and different cultures within the workplace. It is true that you can have an “international career” within RB.  I have had lots of interesting experiences in the past year that I am looking forward to sharing with you in my future blog posts.
