You could describe Reckitt Benckiser’s culture in a multiple of eloquent adjectives that would encapsulate the company. However, for now, I am only interested in one word:
OPPORTUNITY
‘Opportunity’ is what the RB Campus Brand Manager role shouted to me on the application form and is the reason why I became determined to get the post. Unlike other forms of employment at other companies it struck me immediately that RB was giving me a tremendous amount of responsibility from the outset. With relatively minimal marketing experience I had to launch RB onto the LSE (London School of Economics) campus so that everyone would come to know its name and what RB represents. I was extremely excited when embarking on my objectives especially after brainstorming with the CBM team. Certainly I love the challenge that RB has presented to me but more than that I have acknowledged that with the responsibility granted to me comes an equal amount of respect and trust.
