This is your chance to build on your marketing and communications skills as a Campus Brand Manager with the world’s most successful FMCG business. And you’ll gain plenty of valuable experience that’ll really boost your CV.

About RB (Reckitt Benckiser)

We’re a global success story – number 12 in the FTSE 100 and a world leader in household, health and personal care. You might not know our name, but you’ll definitely know our big name brands like Finish, Vanish, Cillit Bang, Dettol and Nurofen.
In fact, RB is probably the biggest name you’ve never heard of. As a Campus Brand Manager, you’ll help to change that.

What you’ll be doing

• You’ll raise awareness of the RB brand on your campus. That means making sure the lecturers and your fellow students get to know who’s behind our famous brands and what an opportunity RB offers if you’re looking for a global career.
• You’ll promote RB – our global success story, our unique culture, the early opportunities we give people to work internationally and the real responsibility we give them so they can make their mark from day one.
• We’ll give you some useful tools and materials to help. And we’ll positively encourage your own ideas and creativity in getting the RB name out there.

What’s in it for you?

• It’s a unique opportunity to work with a world leading consumer goods company.
• There’ll be an award for the most successful Campus Brand Manager over the year – as well as a cash bonus, you’ll get a fast-track onto the 2nd stage of our graduate programme.
• You’ll get plenty of useful stuff for your job interview portfolio, including references.  It’ll give you a great chance to build a useful network and develop different relationships with tutors, other students, clubs and societies.
• You’ll get paid. As well as a base salary of £400 per term, we’ll give you a stepped bonus against achieving agreed targets.

Who we’re looking for

• You love a challenge and you like to win.
• You already have a good network of friends and fellow students.
• You like to come up with creative new ideas in order to be successful.
• You’re determined, persistent and a bit of an entrepreneur.
• You’re probably already starting to think about what career you want to go into after graduation.
• You can dedicate around 20 hours a month to promoting RB.
In addition to the above you must be studying at Bath University
