Bart Becht

Name: Bart
Nationality: Dutch

Career: Joined RB in 1988 and was General Manager in Canada, UK, France and Italy before becoming Chief Executive of Benckiser N. V. He presided over the Initial Public Offering of Benckiser NV in 1997 and the merger with Reckitt & Colman in 1999. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Reckitt Benckiser in 1999. He is a passionate golfer and Save the Children supporter.

Bart Becht holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Business School, (1982).  He also holds a Masters in Management Studies from the Interuniversitaire Interfaculteit Bedrijfskkunde, Delft (The Netherlands), and a BA in Economics from the University of Groningen (The Netherlands).
