Hi there!

As you probably know, market in Russia includes also Ukraine, Belorussia and CIS countries. CIS market is developing one but RB gained success.

So I have some news from CIS countries:

Last year Azerbaijan started from the new event: Brand Award Ceremony 2008.

This prize was awarded to most popular brands of goods, services, companies and organizations that triggered the highest interest and gained consumers’ popularity during the year. This prize marks success in creating a wide range of brands, from large-scale goods through to financial services and corporate image.

The result of 8 months of internet polling was the participating in the poll of nearly 5,000 respondents from 50 countries around the globe and 30% of pollers cast their votes outside Azerbaijan. So amongst 35 nominations the winners in 2 nominations were Nurofen and Calgon.

Such events can show us the result of our daily work, the common cooperation of all the departments: every person in the company is involved in this process and I know this is not our last, but our latest awards.
In Russia the Product of the Year 2008 was Vanish and Nurofen in Healthcare category. Looking forward to 2009 events!
