Career: I joined RB in 2008 July as a fresh graduate after I got my Master Degree in Information Science from school. In my first year I worked in RB China Beijing office, starting from IT infrastructure work then moved to commercial solution project area. In 2009 I relocated to RB Thailand Bangplee office, participating computer system validation project and factory solution projects. In my opinion RB is an ideal place for fast growing up and developing career especially for fresh graduates, you will get the opportunity to take responsibility for major projects since the first day you are on board, your ideas and efforts will never be taken less seriously no matter how junior you are. Moreover, RB will offer it’s graduates the international developing stage and opportunities coming from different areas that not all the other company can do. The most important thing for matching RB is the right attitude, from my experiences almost everyone I’ve worked with are extremely passionate about the job they are doing in RB and you want to contribute your best everyday you work here. RB is a truly global company, I can’t wait to share my exciting experience in RB with you!
